The on-line store calculates shipping and handling charges based on information it takes directly from Royal Mail so the shipping charge will depend on the weight of the products you order, your location as well as the type of shipping service you choose.We no longer accept international orders. The number of charge backs, losses, credit card frauds and customs delays has grown to the point that international sales as a whole represent a net loss to our company.

Returns

Wholesaleknives.co.uk operates on a thin profit margin to bring you the lowest prices we can. Our return policy is based on that initial margin. We will accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that includes all the original packaging with no questions asked for up to 7 days after the invoice date. We cannot accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete (original packaging and included documents.) Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warrant, This is in addition to your statutory rights. Most manufacturers have very liberal warranty policies.
